A small menu, made well. Hand pulled noodles, slow simmered broths, and a few honest sides. All bowls served piping hot, plated to order.
Prices in MYR. Pork-free, lard-free kitchen.
Include beef slice, beef brisket, mince beef, XL beef ball, beef tendon, honeycomb tripe, white radish, ramen egg, coriander, spring onion and fried garlic.
Best SellerEvery bowl is built on the same broth: beef bones simmered overnight, scummed by hand, never boiled hard. Noodles dropped to order, beef sliced after you sit down. This is the heart of the kitchen.
