All content on the Site, including the Teow Kee Beef Noodle name, the 潮记 wordmark, logo, photography, copy, recipes mentioned, and design system, is owned by Teow Kee Beef Noodle or licensed to it. You may not use it without prior written permission, except for fair use under Malaysian law.

When you submit a form (contact, careers, franchise, newsletter), you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use the submission for the purpose stated in the relevant form.

The Site may link to third-party services (delivery partners, social platforms, map providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Menu items, prices, opening hours, and outlet details are shown for convenience and may change without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Teow Kee Beef Noodle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Teow Kee Beef Noodle harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
